This year’s casting decisions had to be one of the hardest, if not the hardest that we have had to do. You came in with so much talent and preparation that we could have gone so many different ways. In the end, we had to make choices that were very, very difficult ones. Regardless of your role, be proud of the fact that you have put us in this position. I am so very proud of all of you.
